This is a wonderful product. The eggs smell and taste exactly like fresh. If you follow the directions exactly, you get a great scrambled egg. You can also make omelets. I highly recommend it for your emergency, camping, or hiking supply. Just make sure you have a good whisk on you. A good whisk, water, salt, and a little seasoning is all you need.

I have only used this once so far in a baking recipe and they are fine. Not exactly sure how well they might scramble, I don't think I want to find out. They would probably be fine in crepes and maybe some omelets or scrambles with other ingredients.

Received in good condition and on time. Used the dried eggs several times in baking and cooking, and they are very good tasting in both baking and cooking. Great alternative in these times of high egg prices.

I have been using freeze dried eggs for a very long time, I like how long you can keep them without having to worry about them going bad as real eggs can do. I use them everywhere eggs are needed. When I first found these on Amazon they were the best buy, but now I'm afraid they may be pricing them out of my reach. Guess they are not immune to the egg shortage either period. But this review is about the eggs I bought not the eggs I might buy in the future. They're good, I like them I think you'll like them. Enjoy

These eggs are better than I expected. Added a little seasoning and butter and whala. Will buy again
