This creatine is amazing!!! This is the first time I tried creatine. And it has been an amazing experience so far with this brand. It gives me a boost of energy and it gives me so much more strength to lift heavier for an intense training session! This is the 3rd time I ordered this and I will continue with it.

I've tried many creatine products which tend to leave me bloated. But, LIV Body Lean Creatine is the truth. Great flavor and no bloat! I stack it with the LIV Body Hydrating Aminos and take it everyday for muscle growth and strength.

I've never used creatine prior to LIV Body's, but I've been using their lean creatine since the day it came out either in 2019 or 2020 and I love it! There's no bloat whatsoever, and I definitely experience a solid pump before my workouts, as well as an increase in focus and power throughout my workouts. My only reason for giving it 4 stars is because I've gotten a little tired of the flavor over time. I tend to mix it with my LIV Body Greens/Superfoods to cut the flavor a bit :) either way, highly recommend!

Tastes really good (I have the sour watermelon) and really helps with workouts. This is my first creatine supplement and I was skeptical about trying it because of bloating etc. But I don't feel any of the negative effects from liv creatine. Highly recommend!

I’m baffled by my poor reaction to this supplement. I’ve been taking creatine in one brand or another for years. It’s always worked for me just as its promoters claim it’s supposed to work. I’ve never had even a twinge of an issue with any of the brands I’ve used.However, this compound elicited an adverse reaction every time I used it. After five unhappy tries, I’ve given up on this brand. My reactions were either a dedication to the bathroom where I got a lot of reading done or a feeling as if ants or spiders or both were crawling on my skin – especially my scalp. Twice I got both adverse reactions making for a particularly unpleasant few hours.There’s nothing in the ingredient list that is strange to me so I’m baffled by the way things worked out. While this probably works well for most, it’s not a supplement I’ll continue.

Lean Creatine by LIV Body lived up to all my expectations and then some! Great taste and I feel and look great. My workouts have improved dramatically and my recovery time is significantly quicker. I’ll be a regular customer.
