Isn't this just a more fancy urea cream? It doesn't say the %, but my 30% is high and good? Is this better

I don’t know whether it is better than the foot cream you already use but I find this very good and healing. It states on the tube that it is a class IIa medical device, according to the European Medical Devices legislation. It also states that it has a patent number. Hope this helps.

Does it help between the toes as I keep getting sores and they're painful

Hello, it really depends on the cause. If it is Athletes Foot or a fungal infection sore then a mild steroid cream from the chemist will help. Otherwise if caused by dry or chapped skin then this cream will definitely help. Hope this helps.

Can it be used for itchy legs

whats the difference between the normal and the diabetic one please?

I don’t know if there’s a specific difference apart from the price. I bought the diabetic one, even though I’m not diabetic because I thought it would do the job and fix some issues, knowing that diabetic feet need proper care and attention. It works and there is nothing that comes close on the market. This is my go to always. I’m sure the other one is just as good. I think it’s worth the price because it lasts ages. Just wear socks or don’t walk on freshly moisturised feet as it attracts dust like you wouldn’t believe! 😂
