This company went above and beyond in customer service to make sure I was 100% pleased with my purchase! I ordered the biggest size-the 6 to 6 1/2 pound amethyst as a birthday gift for my daughter. When it arrived, it was absolutely beautiful with deep purple color, but had a white calcite inclusion that my daughter didn't care for. So, I reached out to the company to ask for an exchange. They answered my message right away, even asking several questions so they could pick out another one that would meet my every expectation. They sent me a return shipping download which I printed out to return the rock, and as soon as they got it back, they shipped the new one which was absolutely gorgeous!! The pictures really do not do it justice at all. The color is deep purple, the crystals inside are all clear with no cloudiness or dullness. Nothing but sparkling brilliance!! My daughter, whose name, by the way, happens to be CRYSTAL, LOVED IT!! When she opened it up she gasped in delight saying it took her breath away!! It comes very well packaged in several layers of bubble wrap and the amethyst rock itself is also placed inside a sponge sleeve, further protecting it. There are layers of purple crepe paper added making it pleasing to the eye as a nice added touch and a booklet telling you all about your amethyst, its healing abilities and how to clean it. Beautiful clarity however there was come crystal breakage

This Amethyst geode 16lbs approximately totally outclassed the previous one I purchased from here! And I am very disappointed with that one. More Basalt than any thing. Looks half faded and there are damaged edges. There are no peices in the package making me believe that it was shipped to me in that condition. Like a return they sent me from someone else’s displeasure. I’d think that for $300 it would be spectacular! I took a chance with this seller on the most expensive heaviest peace and wish I had gotten it first because it is absolutely gorgeous! Deep purple and intact! Expensive around $500 though but it is magnificent unlike the other one. I just bought a 10-12.5lb Amethyst geode from Emporium. It is absolutely gorgeous with polished edges and everything! Deep purple. Very nice work. I’m very happy with it!

Absolutely beautiful. Great shape, size, and the crystals really stand out. Seems authentic and will fit perfectly on my bookshelf.
