L There are 2 temperature control - High/low, the highest temperature can reach to 65 degrees(it reach higher if you see the video),the lowest would be 45 degrees. Choose whatever suitable for you but don’t force yourself to the hottest.There is waterproof liner inside, help to keep moisture in, tightness can be adjusted freely, I was worry it would be too small for me, since I have a big head but there is plenty of room.I always put treatment on my hair first before put on the shower hat then the steamer cap for about 20 -30 minutes, wash my hair with warm water and I can total feel and see the different, didn’t cut the split end away but still able to feel silky, shiny and smooth, oh I feel like a woman again instead of a bird nest.This is a easy home relaxation and hair treatment as well. I have 4c hair, this deep conditioning heat cap can heat up perfectly, so that the products in the conditioner penetrate deep into the hair follicles. After use, the hair quality, shine, and my curly hair are greatly improved. The regulator has 2 levels of temperature adjustment, I like the first setting. I tried the next highest temperature and think if I have a lot of hair, I will need that setting to make it absorb better. If you use a shower cap and then put it on, it is very suitable.

I was really nervous about receiving this steam cap, especially after ordering it and realising that it probably came from China, but having used it quite a number of times, I realise my worries were unfounded. It is a fantastic product. Heats up well and is very simple and straight forward to use. No faffing about, just plug it in and switch it on (apart from on and off setting, there're 2 levels to the on button). They were generous enough to include a plastic cap also. It is definitely worth the money, I don't think you would regret buying it.

I love this thermal steamer. My hair has never been in better condition since I started using this product on my hair ever 3 - 4 days. It uses your own wet hair as the source of moisture for the steam.I like it Just plug-in cap, wait allotted time.

I like that the product is easy to use. The first time I used it with the shower cap that came with it. However, I often have to press on the steam cap (especially at the back) to get a reasonable amount of heat to deep condition my hair even on it's highest setting. The instructions are not clear, so I'm assuming the middle is the highest, the bottom is the lowest and then the off switch. It is an ok product. I'm using it the second time now with 2 regular disposable shower caps and I find the heat is better.

I was so delighted with my new heat cap, it is a covid lock-down must have and I can highly recommend!! Reasonably priced with a cheerful shower cap included in the price.I have had cordless heat caps in the the past, where you pop them into the microwave for a minute or two and it allows the versatility of doing other things. However they have a short shelf life and the older they get the less efficient they become at retaining the heat, hence my change to a plug in and so far I have zero complaints and only praise for its simplicity of use and pampering benefits for Hair and mind. It gets lovely and hot ( two heat settings so it can cater for all tolerances) I have decided that being plugged in is a pampering bonus - an excuse to sit in front of a good movie or read a book - a great de-stress affordable gem (I work in NHS so you know where I'm coming from wish every healthcare worker could have one of these!) The cap does come with an adjustable drawstring, to give a more sealed fit, if I had a negative I just wish It had a little more adjustability as it doesn't allow me to draw it as tight as I would like, but it still does the job. When I think what it costs to have your hair heat treated in the salon the cost of travel and parking when salons were open, I can honestly say even after lock down I will be sticking with my hair steamer cap it is great value for money. For your information I have 4c afro hair and used with Ors Hair Mayonaise results were good but the warming experience was even better. Indulge yourself 😊
