Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend is a powdered sugar replacement, so typically it's used where you'd use powdered sugar - frosting, sauces, sprinkling, etc.

Typically crystallized Besti is more commonly used for things like smoothies, coffee and cereal - you can get it on Amazon here:

But, if you really want to, you could use the powdered sweetener for the items you mentioned as well.

Unlike most sugar replacements currently available Besti dissolves easily and completely (and is a 1:1 sugar replacement), so it works just as well as sugar for sweetening liquids such as smoothies and coffee.

This includes only natural non-GMO plant sources and 100% purity. Regardless of what plant is used to start the fermentation process, the byproduct of the fermentation is pure allulose and does not contain anything else.
