Great stuff
I absolutely love this shampoo. I’ve had a prob with dandruff/build up for along time. I’ve tried about 100 diff kinds of shampoo along with dandruff shampoo plus washing my hair everyday or every other day nothing worked for me until now. I noticed when we went on vacation my scalp had completely healed which I could only account for the salt water at the beach that would’ve healed it. I got home and my scalp starts up again itching and flaking. So I decided to buy some salt shampoo and so I bought this and it has been amazing. I love the smell and it actually suds up really great which was something I was concerned about buying salt shampoo. You won’t regret buying this! The only thing I will say on why I give it 4 stars and not 5 is the smell is a minty smell and I’m not big on that but if your like me and desperate for the itchy and flaking to stop you won’t care.

Exfoliating with Rich Lather
Great shampoo. Lathers well and exfoliates but unlike most exfoliating shampoos that require you to use conditioner afterward, this does not as it leaves hair clean and manageable.

Sadly I am not a fan of spearmint :(
This is an interesting shampoo. They say that adding salt to your shampoo will help with oily scalp and keeping your scalp oil free longer so this had quite the appeal to me. It comes in a squeeze tube which works for me.When you squeeze it out you find it to be rather interesting. It definitely has some serious Himalayan salt in it, I mean real crystals which is surprising that these don't dissolve in the shampoo. The salt quickly dissolves once it works into your hair and it lathers up nicely. The shampoo smells strongly of peppermint, sadly too strongly. I wish it was more of lavender and citrus. The mint is just too strong for me.When you rinse it out you will notice tingling in your scalp which is rather refreshing and does stop after like a minute or two. So I wished I could handle the scent better but strong mint is just too much for me. I think repeat use of this would really help with oily scalp but since I am really struggling with the scent I just don't think I can do that.

Pleased with it.
I’m pleased with my purchase. Haven’t yet decided if I’ll buy again, but haven’t ruled it out either. The texture is good. A mild exfoliating quality to it.The fragrance is mild and pleasant.Seems pretty good value. Not a high end product, but worth what it costs. Most of the writing on the packaging is not in English (I think it’s Korean, but I’m not certain of that since I don’t speak or read it).

Big drawbacks to this
This shampoo is simultaneously amazing and has its pitfalls.I love the refreshing, clean citrusy scent. It's crisp and salty. The shampoo has actual salt granules in it, and comes out as a pinkish paste. My scalp has never felt so exfoliated and clean!Perhaps the biggest drawback is that it does not lather. At all. It has a paste-consistency that does not spread easily. I squeeze two avocado-pit-sized amounts of shampoo into my hand in order to just cover my scalp, whereas usually with normal shampoo, just a squirt will cover my head and hair. Never mind the ends of my hair - I couldn't get this shampoo to travel that far down, so I end up using a different shampoo to get the ends. If you have long hair, you can forget about this shampoo. The other drawback - and this might seem obvious - is that if you have any cut or open sores anywhere on your head, shoulders, back, or butt .... it's gonna sting. The salt will sting.I want to love this shampoo because my scalp feels amazing, but I can't recommend it as is.

A sensory experience shampoo!
What a nice surprise! I love this shampoo. Something a little different, in a good way. And a real sensory experience for the senses of touch, smell, feel! While it may be a little pricey, not any more so than the Pureology or Aveda I often use, and perhaps a little less expensive. I also use a much much cheaper shampoo (Love, Beauty, Planet), that I love the scent but it takes more to feel I’m getting my hair clean. But with this Think Nature Himalaya Pink Salt shampoo, a little bit goes a long way—I found this out by putting too much onto my hand and then massaging it in: wow! It really lathers! I will need less than half of what I used for my shoulder-length hair (or longer).Unlike the shampoos I’ve been using, this one gives my hair that ‘squeaky clean’ feel—I’ve not had that in a long time with the Pureology and Love-Beauty-Planet. I’d use this several times a week (though I could use it daily). The salt in it at first feels weird; I thought ‘how will I ever wash out all this salt!’ But it completely dissolves as you lather your hair. And there is a very nice cooling effect to it. The scent is minty and citrusy—I really love the scent a lot; my bathroom smelled wonderful afterwards. It’s a real wake-me-up type scent.I did have to condition the mid-to-ends of my hair as this shampoo make my hair feel thicker and more full. After blow-drying, my hair was shiny and still soft.I have very baby fine hair, so anything that makes it feel a little fuller is great. My hair and scalp are super healthy, so not sure how it would do on dry or brittle hair, but for my healthy baby-fine hair, it did great, and the sensory aspects of it is wonderful.Five stars.Thank you for reading my review.
