OMG so you want the truth and an HONEST REVIEW. I have pit marks in my nose from picking spots whilst a teenager. I bought this after I had dermabrasion at a clinic and the owner mentioned it, so after looking into it I bought this. It crossed my mind it's going to maybe sting and watched videos on YouTube. Goes from zero to 2.5mm in depth. The holes are quite deep on my nose so put it on 2mm and put it on the deepest hole and maaan it made me jump and bled straight away. I then put it on .5mm and the pain is excruciating and I am NOT exaggerating. How are these people handling it, it made my eyes stream my nose ran buckets of snot and its not a fast process. I continued to do my face that bled, looked like severe sunburn, burnt like hell and I was doing this on the dinner table. My wife couldn't watch or eat her dinner and went in the kitchen. This is something I never seriously contemplated when buying it. They said this would settle in a couple of hours but I've been to bed and woke up after 10.5 hrs sleep and it's still sore and red. I've looked at numbing cream now and I used the 12 needle pin pod but think I should have used the 32/42. At .5mm it didn't even get into my spot pore scares. I am telling you the truth that no one else seems to mention, but it HURTS LIKE YOU WON'T BELIEVE, your eyes and nose will leak like a tap and I done this as I have four days off work, otherwise I wouldn't be able to go to work I look that bad. Will I use it again ?? well yes with 32 pin needles and the STRONGEST NUMBING CREAM I can buy to see if it's more tolerable but I DON'T see how it's going to change the DEEP PIT HOLES on my nose as it would need to be at 2.5mm on the pen and that will end up scabbing and a serious open wound. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND I SERIOUSLY MEAN THIS.THIS SERIOUSLY HURTS AND I'M MALE !!! It's put my wife right off and as you don't really see the true results for after six applications which will be six months if done once a month is it really worth it ? I don't know and thats your own choice but I know which way I'm leaning, maybe home chemical face peel 🤯🤯🤯🤯

bought the Dr pen in October 2021 which became faulty would turn off during use by July 2022 contacted the sellor. item was replaced. the 2nd item totally stopped working in November 2022 despite only being used 5 times. contacted the sellor who refused to replace or refund.given the amount of money paid £98 and limited use and sellor refusing to replace its very disappointing.

Item arrived promply and well packed. Product is well made and all needles were in sealed packs. I have used the pen and and very impressed with the features and smooth running. This model is not chargable but has more power than the chargable version. Personally i found the cable did not get in the way, you just need a socket close by. I didn,t use a numbing cream and dont really feel you need one, but i guess we all feel pain at different levels. I used a vitamin c and hyaluronic acid serum for the slip and to help healing and plumping. All in all very happy with my purchase. Replacement needles are also readily available for this model and not overly expensive.

So pleased I bought the plug in dr pen 7, was a little concerned as I had never used a pen before, I had looked at many reviews and decided this one, when you plug the cable into the machine there is a firm click into place I did not do this first time and thought it was not working, put the dial to (0.5)was a little nervous but honestly there’s nothing to it, I done the whole face no numbing cream with no pain at all, totally pleased would highly recommend.

Very good product for home skin care. It helps save a lot of money that I would have spent on going to salons.

It’s great exactly what I wanted. The wire is long enough for it not to get in the way. The speed setting - I keep it quite low as it’s very powerful. 100% recommend this one.
