My Weber S320 grill has been serving us well for about 16 years but has started to get a little long of tooth. While the original stainless steel burners were still working, they didn’t produce as much heat as they used to. Given the cost of replacing this grill with a similar Weber grill was over 4 figures, I decided to replace the burners and some other parts. These burners were easy to install once I figured out how the cross bar was to be installed. Be sure to note how the old one is installed on your grill or take a photo before removing it. Once installed, the burners fired up beautifully - in daylight a virtually invisible all blue flame. No orange flame visible and no adjusting of the vents required. With all three burners on full blast, the temperature reach about 650 degrees in about 15 minutes. The grill, when new, reached about 700 degrees. Of course you only use this high temperature to burn off grease and grim so I’m not concerned about the slight difference. It might even be due to a degrading of the original thermometer. I’m very satisfied with these burners and if they last half as long as the original, I’ll be happy.

Arrived early. Well made and fit as it should. No instructions if you expect some. I was able to figure it out easy enough.

Definitely not an OEM replacement. Installs easily. Air mix adjustable metal piece is flimsy. The cross bar connecting the 2 mains doesn’t put out much flame. Doesn’t seem like these will last as long as the previous OEM set, but I didn’t spend OEM money on it.

I have replace parts on the Weber grill several times. The gas pipe rusted off. I was told I would not find parts as it is too old. This part fit perfect and now it works great. So I should be good for several more years. A great value for the money.

I'm not sure how old my Genesis grill even is, but this is the second set of burners I've installed. The old ones rusted up into pieces, so pretty old. These burners are identical to the ones I replaced and they work great. I thought I was going to have to install a new igniter, but that works fine again as well! I still need to replace a new flavorizer bar, as I only had 5 new ones to replace the six that needed it badly, but that's another story. This is the original Weber grill, with the top mounted controls. It has gotten a lot of use and except for a broken hood hinge, it has done a fine job over the years. I paid about 800 bucks when I bought it and at the time I thought it was outrageous. The new ones are around 1200 now. I'd say I've been pretty satisfied. I wouldn't go back to a cheaper model now.

These burners were an exact fit for my grill, easy to install, and reasonably priced. Make sure the burners are the dimensions you need because there are so many of these products on line.

This is my second time replacing the burner in my Weber S-320 (side control). The first time was with original Weber part. This time with Gassaf. This is a perfect fit. Next: I have to replace the igniter; see #2.Suggestion for Gassaf: The airflow intake should be open all the way by default.I want to point out several design flaws of the Weber S-320 (side control). 1: The small crossover tube is not protected, unlike the three big burners that are protected by the flavorizer bars. Grease dripping onto the crossover tube corrodes it over time. 2: The same issue with the igniter.

Bought this for a Weber Spirit e-320. Returned this burner set because I was unable to install my functioning Weber igniter (original part) on burner tube 1. The receiver on the burner tube was shaped wrong and too narrow to accept the igniter (new part on left) The tube quality is OK - not great - when compared to the OEM burners. The bug screen on the OEM burners is much finer than this product (old part on right). I'll be springing for the OEM parts for this repair.

Way better price than the OEM burners for my old genesis. The burners fit perfectly, no issues other than getting the old seized bolts out. My BBQ works great again. maybe I will get another 15 years out of it :-)

Crossover tube was slightly longer than the original. But with a little work got it in. BBQ works just like new.
