We bought this ladder to replace a terrible one that came with our 52inch pool. I was hesitant because the price was SOOOO good, but after reading a lot of reviews we decided to do so. I can't say enough GREAT things about this ladder.1) Set up--SUPER EASY. All the parts were clearly labelled and it took my husband and I about an hour to put it all together.2) STURDY! It's very sturdy, the stairs fit snuggly, the platform is the perfect width and it was very easy to climb in and out of the pool.3) SAFETY! I love that you can removed the steps that lead into the pool. No need to worry about safety issues when you aren't using the pool. Just pop the steps out and no one is getting on that ladder.If you are reading this, have a 52inch pool and are looking for a GREAT ladder for a GREAT price ($100) BUY IT NOW! You will NOT be sorry. Easy to assemble. Love the safety feature having a 3 year old around.

In my opinion, this is a great choice for your above ground pool. This ladder has a double bar in front for added support which stablizes the ladder and this makes a big difference. It's not wobbly when climbing up or down for kids or adults who are within the weight allowance. We are using this in a 52 inch, steel frame, copper canyon pool. Another nice thing is this ladder's slim line design and construction. It's light weight and easy to remove daily. It has a saftey feature to protect small children from using it without supervision. In comparison, last year we purchased very expensive plastic pool steps which had a lot of surface area and side weights to hold it in the pool. It was a complete waste of money. We couldn't easily remove it from the pool. The result was algae build up inside the ladder which almost wrecked our pool. In the end we lost $$$ but this ladder has none of those concerns and we're very happy with the quality.

Went together easily. It has a little bit of a wobble but nothing too serious.

This is the second one of the safety ladders, we have purchased and we love them!! They definitely give us peace of mind that the kids will not be in the pool without us present! They're affordable easy to assemble and perfect for a family with small children.

Great quality and sturdy.

All in all, this ladder works great. It wasn't difficult to put together and I love the ease that the outer rungs can be removed to prevent unauthorized access to the pool. It feels a bit unsteady but that could partially be my ground isn't perfectly level at that spot. Meets to requirement for my county inspection as well, so glad I purchased it.

This is definitely a step up from what we had. Love the platform so kids aren't stepping on the rim of the pool. Love that it has the removable outside ladder that's very easy to snap in and out. We have not stored the outside ladder on the top because I feel that a windstorm would send it flying and potentially hurt the liner so we just store it in our shed. Good quality for the price! Hard to stabilize and is a little shaky getting in and out.
