Great investment
I'm glad I invested in this electric comb although I'm old school I like the stove top hot comb. This gets really hot quickly and gets the job done. It truly straightens the hair. There are no cons, the only thing which is no different than any product that has a temperature dial is that your hand may move it. I reccomend this product.

Was good while it lasted i guess
I liked it....a lot....then it stopped working. I did not use it everyday. Maybe 10 times tops since I got it about 6 months ago. But it does not work anymore. The indicator light just blinks, does not get hot.
