I am notorious for over watering or under watering. I love plants but know nothing about how to take care of them so when I decided to make a patio garden I bought these and I was so proud of my thriving plants! Mint, jasmine, and lavender all outgrowing the planters they were doing so well

I am very torn on this review. When I received the shipment, it did not include the strings for the bottom making it useless. I left a seller review and they said they would make it right. I was expecting a small package with the strings. Instead a got another set of the smaller pots with the strings. I guess the seller thought that would be best but now I have another set of pots with only one set of strings. I might try and find the strings somewhere but otherwise I am storing these useless pots that I really do not want to put in the land fill. I have transplanted one plant into one pot and it seems to be doing well so it appears that the concept works.

Plants seem happier once planted in these planters. Only thing that is strange is when I add water in the planter then put the plant over it, the following day the soil keeps pushing up like it's trying to uproot. Have to push it down all the time.

The self watering feature works perfect since the extra water is kept in the bottom of the pot until needed.

Effective and helpful. Plants are growing on the back step. All is good.
