Found this to be a great buy. The bands come in five different resistances to allow for a greater range of exercises you can do.For the Arnold Schwarzenegger's out there, you can easily pair the bands up to increase the resistance.The door frame strap is very handy. This can go above or below your door which you then close. A small ball inside the strap stops the equipment recoiling to hit you in the face or crotch whilst exercising. Always a bonus I've found!

These were great until the plastic attaching strap to handle snapped. Fortunately I was pulling up with the band under my foot but if I had been using it over something this could have been really dangerous. Very disappointed.

Both the main grip and one of the bands snapped whilst using, I received the product not later than 30 minutes ago. I can imagine this product may cause a few injuries to those wanting to do a simple workout. This was on rather a light weight, 20lbs. I'd be stunned if this could hold 100lbs like advertised.I would use only free-standing, never on a door or other apparatus as this product is clearly not designed well. Even then, I personally would look for another product slightly more expensive as this is just a waste of money.

I like this kit it's easy to use, store away and can be used anywhere I'm glad I brought it and I'm using it regularly . I also like the different reisitance strengths so I can work my way to the strongest strength , very pleased with the product and the quality

I received this product the other week and have been very disappointed. As soon as it arrived I could tell it was different to the one on the picture. There was no marking to tell you the resistance of the band. They looked a lot cheaper and worse made. And it didn't include the booklet of excersises like advirtised. Within minutes of using it the handle I was using broke. I was only using two resistance bands at the time despite the example of the product being used in the advert with all the band's. After about a week of me using them daily for warm up or warm down exercises (low weight as I have over weights to use for heavier work) another band snapped. Absolute waste of money and time! Do not buy.
