Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Polyisobutene, Butyloctyl Salicylate, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Nut Extract, C18-38 Alkyl Hydroxystearoyl Stearate, Ozokerite, Cetyl Alcohol, Diethylhexyl 2,6-Naphthalate, Glyceryl Stearate, Polyglyceryl-10 Decaoleate, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Sesamum Indicum. I, personally found this lip balm too tacky and yes, goopy.

does this have a fragrance?

Not much. Slight hint of vanilla. Label doesn’t include fragrance, just vanillin which is an organic compound.

Will I still get the spf effects if I apply lip gloss over this?

Yes, I apply the Supergoop a few minutes before lip gloss to insure it’s absorbed.
