what is the torque capacity?

No, this tool is great for getting the nut loose on frozen tie rods!

Am i using this wrong? Every situation I only seem to tighten?

They need to make an additional mirror image adapter. With this one, if you use the breaker bar facing the bolt, you can only tighten it. Of course, you can flip the adapter to loosen, but you have to place the breaker bar on the opposite side of the bolt. Sometimes, you only have enough space for one side.
