I ordered a couple different styles to start my jump rope 'career'. This isn't my favorite, it's really thin and the handles aren't as comfy as the cushioned model I ordered. The screw things are kinda weird to adjust, but I figured it out. Where I found this to be super handy, is that it fits into my little walkabout bag. I carry it on my trail walks and stop and do a few sets of skips. It's great! It's held up well on asphalt and I've gotten the hang of the thin rope. Still not my favorite, but it has a special place in my bag. Try a few styles, this may be your favorite!

Adjustable handles are awkward . I shortened my rope for my height and the 4 inches excess on each side cannot be trimmed off due to wire thickness , therefore the excess flops around on both ends.

I bought 6 of these for my gym. They come with some spare wire clamps. Easy to adjust and won't wear down even when using them outside on concrete. No complaints. Works like a jump rope should work.

Not a good design ideal to me.The handle attachments dont stay and dont want to use a screwdriver all the time just to work out.

It's a jumprope. Not sure what more to say. It is a nice alternative to the cheaper ones that don't turn as well.

I love the rope, and that it's adjustable length. I have picked up the habit of checking the screws every time before I use it after it came undone in the middle and I got hit, but no problems since then!

The screws have popped off in a workout several times. Spend the money on a better ropeUpdate: now the one handle won’t spin a year later.
