Can I use Bluetooth earbuds with it

Hi Georgette, Thanks for your question. The Bluetooth earbuds can not be used on this radio for it’s no bluetooth or mp3 function, it can only listen to the radio stations. We hope our answer will help you. Best Regards PRUNUS Service

Does the radio send a true two-channel stereo signal - one channel to the left earpiece and one channel to the right earpiece?

No stereo on this radio but still very nice speaker in this lovely Prunus J-777 in white color.

Who manufactures Prunus Degen transistor radios?

www.degen.com.cn. is from on the back of the radio. This is from their website in China. "Founded in 1995 , Shenzhen Dejin Electronics Co., Ltd. is a state-level high-tech private enterprise." Hope that helps.

Should i embrace the brand name, prunus?

Yes, go with your inner PRUNE.... When you do, people will know you as a PRUNUS Owner. It is a name that in English would not be chosen by a US manufacturer. But the unit is: good looking, packaging so nice, it looks more expensive than it is and it comes with a custom draw-string bag. I keep it in my cargo pocket when at work. It is made well and sounds good. Buy it, you'll like it. Hope that gets you over PRUNUS name.
