I used in placed it on the door, thank the fact I had friends over to witness, I go to stretch, the silver bracket you feed the band through came off, I fell to the ground. Not into t, even if it is free honestly. Does anyone want mine? ..... NO thank you.

Omg this is an amazing product. I have to admit I was prepared for it to be a disappointment. It's not and Im buying two more one for my mom and I e for my sister.

Easy to use and a great stretch. Really good quality. Some cushion on the bands would be good but socks also help. Would purchase again.
