Transparent Vinyl Tape with Self-Adhesive. (1 inch x 50 ft, Blue)

I saw this and wanted to use the tape for a leather jacket I had for this Halloween’s costume party with friends and the tape worked wonders! It ended up sticking the entire time and a few days later as well! Highly recommend if you want to jazz up your looks for a costume or for general use!

Applied this to our awning lights channel on our Rockwood travel trailer. 1 layer was perfect! No bright lights to annoy camping neighbors (we tuen them off around 10pm (ish).

I don't leave Amazon reviews but I had to share this tip. I installed some IKEA MITTLED bars under the shelves in my kitchen. They emit a warm white light at 2700°K, but I was looking for something a bit warmer. I'd never used this kind of tape before, but I ordered a roll of the 3/4" in gold to try it out. I couldn't be happier with the result. It's absolutely perfect. It's the exact width of the LED strip and it gives just the right level of warmth I was looking for.

The tape works well for covering non-red lights to help maintain natural night vision. Used to cover led desk lamps in the observatory, cover outdoor solar led yard lights to improve safety in the observing field for public events, cover the lighted buttons on mobile devices. This tape is not as sticky as the product I have previously used and I have noticed it needs to be replaced a little more often on handheld devices.

Trying to minimize the sleep-disrupting white, blue, and green lights of appliances and other sources at night, I just bought the 8" by 25 ft. roll of this self-adhesive product and covered every illuminated surface in the house, large and small, that I might encounter at night. Because I sometimes warm a glass of milk or a heating pad at night, I even covered the entire front of the transparent microwave door with the red film and it definitely dims that jarringly bright, white light that used to come out of the microwave in the middle of the night. My water heater had a tiny, but very bright white icon that lit up an entire hallway, and I covered its panel with several layers of the film to dim the light sufficiently and produce the depth of the true red that I wanted. Some reviewers complained that some products only produced a pink or other off-shade; this product layers over itself very well to achieve whatever shade of true red and dimness desired.

Grabbed a roll for tinting costume visors on helmets, seemed like a quick fix, but won't work for what I want because you can't see properly through it. should work alright for what it's intended but a bad description and misleading product images just cost me 12 bucks for 50 feet of tape I can't return and don't have a use for.

One or two tape layers of red tape will turn a white led orange, need three layers to turn it red. It does get the job done but this tape is like 10 times over priced for what it is.
