I remember when I bought this product. The first one they sent the wireless charger on the top did not work, When I called customer service to tell her that she explained it was only for an apple iPhone. So my husband’s android wasn’t able to be charged, but that was OK. She sent me another one free of charge. I didn’t ask her to do that because as far as the rest of tower. She was so great and the product is so versatile we move it around. It’s incredibly mobile you can plug so many things in and as USB chargers, it has the wireless iPhone charger on the top. It is a great product. And I remember her telling me were so I’m assuming they’re still in business because they make good stuff. Thank you for your help and for making something worth the money.

I got this item because I have two docking stations and I have a small space when I work remote from my home. I had cords everywhere and and my surge protector did not have a retractable cord. This was a lifesaver. It works really well. It allows me to plug everything in but select which items should have power. Brilliant. Allows me to conserve electricity without having to plug everything out. I also get to have a wireless charger without any extra cables or device. The USB ports are a smart addition.I purchased this to organize my remote work space and I do not regret the decision. Seller sent additional information about the product and checked to see if this surge protector tower met my needs. Product came nicely packed in a nice box.I debated whether to buy this surge protector tower but I am glad that I did because all those cords were a pain and my work space looked so messy. The product works well. I have been using it for several weeks no with no problems. Definitely worth purchasing, especially if you have a lot of gadgets.

I bought this to avoid stooping down or stretching cords to a traditional power strip on the floor. This fits neatly on my desk, and I can more easily plug in things quickly. I have not used the wireless charger on top yet but the main plugs and USB ports have worked well. The three individual power switches for each level in the tower is a nice feature to turn off sections not in use. There are 4 outlets on each level with 3 levels in total for 12 outlets giving you plenty of outlets. Be careful not to overload your circuit breaker though if you do use many of them! This product does have protection for that but I have not tested its limits.

Everything works good. It’s very convenient. The only issue is the wireless charger, it just seems to overheat too fast, my phone probably charges 5 percent at most with it, and the magnet isn’t very strong.

Exactly what I needed.

This product is exactly what we needed. Really does decluter the many cords and extends the outlet from the wall and a surge protector too! The cord that can hide away was magical!
