What would be nice, if steps were to reference the 'wiring' that is oem. can be unplugged, if you follow it up. so this WIRE is PLUG AND PLAY!that took me some internet searching. so this is a drop in replacement. you just have to unplug the extension thats in the door, if you follow it up.Screenshot. is the replacement regulator also with THIS new motor.2nd screenshot - is the 2 cables ,you can see they both come from the door. once they are unplugged you can plug and play this replacement motor.this minor detail would have been nice to reference. so it is a legit replacement, plug and play replacing oem when needed.Thank you!

part xxx440 didn't fit the rear right, but this one did. It is NOT a LR part and it shows.. But it's working even if it cry's going up. Ironically it drops faster than the LR did before it bit the dust. Went up and down 10+ times. I'll update if the china junk bites the dust, then I'll get the double price one from lucky8

Ordered this for my 2004 Disco 2 driver's door and it was plug and play. Double checked the serial number with Atlantic British and it is the same number that they sell but cheaper on here. PRO TIP: do not splice the wire thinking it's not plug and play. Follow the factory wire inside the door and it leads to another plug. This is where you plug into.

Fit '03 Land Rover Discovery, works well. I did have to splice the wires since connectors were different.

The window motor failed 1 month after install. Right after return period ended

I put a new track, seal and motor in the vehicle. The motor worked fine for a little over a day and then burnt out.
