it’s worth the money
this product does self relax me and I help go to sleep. The only downfall with it. It makes me feel rocky of the next day.

NOT worth the high price! This caused me to have severe insomnia both times I tried it. And it is not eligible for a refund - so I’m out $30+ and two nights of sleep.

I’m not sure I notice a difference. It definitely helps me fall asleep, but I am still up several times a night. As far as my skin, I’ve only been using it about a week or so and I don’t notice any difference.
