Haha what a fun topic. Anyway if your reading this its a topic of much struggle. Prior to getting this i already solved a lot if my issues with good probiotics and a biocidin protocol. My only remaining complaints were frequency and intolerance of dairy, so i got this “for special days”. The thing is, even if i dont eat dairy im having another level of healthy poops… like is this even mine? Clearly i needed enzyme support as i didnt have one at all. There are cheaper enzymatic products im tempted to try but maybe after a few rounds of this. Its so relieving!

I forgot what it was like having a latte and not feeling bloated after. I have had a Dairy sensitivity for about the past decade and I just deal with it as I like putting real milk in my coffee on occasion and sometimes ya just gotta go for ice cream, now it's weird as I am mentally preparing for the discomfort and it is yet to come when I take Dairy Ease after enjoying dairy products. Really nice work Friska! PS - it should be noted that the packaging is really nice and you won't have to worry about anything coming to your door broken.

This is the first time I’ve found a pill that works for me. It isn’t perfect though, it doesn’t work well on things with heavy cream like some types of ice cream, milkshakes, or salad dressings. But it works really well for cheese and butter. Also, I recommend only taking this once a day, otherwise you will get plugged up. Only take it twice a day on rare occasions. The pill could be cheaper for the amount you get. But like I said, its the only thing that works for me.

About a month ago I came home from hockey and ate two pints of ice cream around midnight. Understandably was sick the next two days. I haven’t repeated two pints since, but still eat one pint after hockey and with the Dairy Friska I feel really good the next morning!

AN ALMOST PERFECT SUPPLEMENT. Legit would be perfect if they didn't include the unnecessary marshallow and fennel. Why tf would you include these when it's already perfect?! There is no better or more complete formula for comfortably digesting dairy but then these extra, unnecessary ingredients create so many side effects it cancels out all usefulness. THANKS for putting me back at SQUARE ONE! If you create something WITHOUT THOSE, hmu.

I loved this product! It is a digestive enzyme, but they also contain probiotics. I have been using two different products, one for digestive enzymes and another just probiotic. However, this one is replacing both. it's like getting two for the price of one. I'm so pleased with the results. It helped so much with bloating and discomfort. By the way, the packaging is very lovely!

I usually use the normal lactaid brand of dairy relief pills and although those kind of work, the dairy ease pills from FRISKA work 10x better. they are pills that have no flavor, they’re easy to swallow, and effective. I also love that this product is made with natural ingredients.

This worked fine for me but I'll probably avoid it in future as marshmallow root can affect how well other medications (like prescriptions) are absorbed. Ginger can have an effect on blood clotting, etc. I only need something that takes care of milk. When you start adding herbs then you have to look up how they will interact with your prescriptions.
