Great item however a bit big fir the 4 person Miami so we took off 2 of the bits at the back so it looks snug and there’s no gap by the steps. Had so many great comments looks fab and stops dogs jumping up onto hot tub wall

It came out of shape and the step broke the first time it was used

Perfect, really nice looking around hot tub, instructions easy to follow, only issue was some screws seemed longer in some points but overall very happy worth the money

Okay so it’s a little bit of a pain to put together and might induce some anger at points but once you’ve done a section you understand the pitfalls of the instructions and find the “easier” way to do it. Honestly it looks great around our Toronto hot tub but the pump side didn’t fit fully so we had to leave the top off. Also not the steps aren’t the sturdiest so I’ve built a support under these but all in all for the price we can’t complain.

Please be aware this does not fit with the new lay-a-spa heater pumps, I had to take that section out where the heater pump goes also there is a lot of fiddling about it’s like you need to be a contortionist to get at some of the parts, however I did receive a token part refund so can’t complain about that.

Very fiddly to put together . Instructions not very clear . Too many long screws , not enough short screws . One piece arrived without holes to screw together … still waiting for replacement piece to finish . Had to remove one section as would not fit around pump

Well you a 5sq metre area to assemble it needs to be built upside down, the screws provided were the wrong qty's and too long.You will need to obtain anti shake washers to aid assembly.Also does not fit the new lazy pumpMy steps when screwed together were bowed. 1nch higher at one end.
