Have tried many Zinc supplements but these are the best yet. Easy to swallow and no nasty taste. Had been taking these for two weeks when I took a test that supported the effectiveness of these capsules. Minor sports injures seem to heal quicker which was my reason for taking in the first place.

Worried about lack of sleep post birth of my first child so wanted to stock up on key vitamins to ensue my body stayed healthy. Started with the Zinc but ended up getting the whole range and was 100% worth it and a great addition to my diet.

This is relatively expensive since you only get 60 capsules while some products offer up to five times as many for only twice the price or less. Although this is a smaller dose than most supplements (15mg compared with typically 40mg), that should be plenty. In addition, Some research suggests that your body may absorb this form (picolinate) better than other types of zinc, including zinc gluconate and zinc citrate. It comes in a nice glass bottle and is made in Great Britain and deserves a recommendation as a premium product. It is, however, slightly annoying that the bottle is only a quarter full.

Very happy and says exactly what it does on the tin. Ideal for anybody improving immune system and metabolism. Best one out there by far.

Nothing to dislike this product gave me the boost required

Would be good tablets in a glass bottle, however the ones supplied will be well out of date before I can finish them. They probably won't work efficiently.
