May I learn the best before date?

How full is the bottle when new? I've been using for 2 months and the bottle looks almost half empty. I'm concerned my baby is getting too much vit D.

The bottle will not be completely filled as it is a 15 ml bottle filled with 10.3 ml of oil. The 10.3 ml will fill about 2/3 of the bottle.
