This is the perfect water bottle guys! Just call me Goldilocks -- I ordered my first water bottle with the bluetooth notifications that are supposed to remind you to drink more water. Don't waste your money, it was expensive and not even insulated and to top it off, the notification light just stayed on 24/7 and wasn't really any help. You really don't need a water bottle that you have to PLUG IN every night! The second water bottle was a little better, except you really had to finagle it to raise the spout up and I was feeling kinda weird in public sucking on a straw like a toddler. I just couldn't make eye-contact with anybody while using it (lol) so this one was definitely a NO. Finally I found yours truly, and here's why it is simply the BEST: First of all, when it is in the locked position it really doesn't leak no matter how many times you drop it because you've got neuropathy in your fingertips and you end up dropping stuff on a daily basis. (Note: DO NOT let me hold your baby, lol). It is also super tough, because it has no dents, scratches, NOTHING and still looks brand new! Secondly, to open you just PRESS A BUTTON and POP it is open and you are ready to drink! I love this feature because it truly is a one-handed operation, and since you have to hold your own baby I know you will love it too. Thirdly, the bottle itself is very ergonomic and is much easier to hold because they've got an indention in the middle where you grab it. If you have carpal tunnel and/or arthritis in your hands like I do, you should really consider this water bottle. And last but not least (and probably my most favorite thing about it) is that the spout area has a dual opening. At first, I was tilting the bottle all the way back and the liquid was falling out onto my face. Then I noticed when I opened it that it actually has a STRAW on the inside (which you can't even tell from the outside) so you don't have to lean the bottle back AT ALL. You can even drink in bed (if that is your thing)! It is truly a perfect water bottle for me and I cannot recommend it enough!

I own four of these, the 24 oz free-sip ones. I've had them about six months now. I spent years searching for the perfect water bottle. We've had plastic ones that don't keep water cold; metal ones that got to too hot to touch in the sun; ones with pop up straws that get grungy and are hard to clean (and get chewed on by kids); and ones that unscrew like disposable bottles (but those are hard for little kids to drink from). The Owala bottle checks all the right boxes! Easy to drink from (even for toddlers), easy to clean, keeps water cold for hours and doesn't get too hot to touch even in the sun. It fits in the car cup holder too. I just love them! Of my four, I did have one that leaked. The top was harder to screw on than the others. I reached out to customer service and they promptly sent me a replacement top which fixed the problem. If I ever have to get another water bottle, it'll be another one of these. Can't recommend them enough!

Over the years, I have wasted so much money on other water bottles that just lack a feature or two that is important to me. I want my bottle to have the opening covered, yet be easy to open. I want it to be leak proof. I want it to be easy to drink from. this bottle does it all! I usually find that bottles with a straw give so little water for the effort. But, because there is a big opening for sipping, I can get a big gulp for the effort. If I want a bigger drink, there is the large, handy spout. And everything stays clean and covered when not in use. It definitely is leak proof, too. I like the fact that the carry handle slips over the release button, providing security when storing a full bottle. I never expected it to hold the ice water so well, either. Usually, when I put ice water in other bottles, there is always sweating on the outside. But not with this bottle! The first time I used it was on an overnight trip. I filled it with ice water when we left home, and even 15 hours later, the water was still cold, even though I had added extra water on the way. The only negatives I have are that it is a little heavy when filled, and it does not fit in the car cup holders.

gotten many "sports" bottles with easy open drinking spouts. most stainless steel like this one. Well this one wins them all hands down. First it is coated in plastic on the outside so it won't scratch up like the painted metal ones. But most important is it fits in my cupholder 24 oz AND has a super easy open and lock one handed spout. But really most important is it is so simple in how it is made it can be cleaned very easily. Many of these have lots of nooks and crannies where you can get mold. Not this one. .. super open spout and a straw on the drinking side of the bottle means virtually no tipping and clean sailing all the time. And... the main opening at the top for filling is super large so you can easily add ice cubes and you can see inside as you fill it from your fridge water dispenser knowing when it is full compared to others that have smaller openings . About time someone figured all this out. Now lets just hope it holds up but seems well built and keeps things cold. Winner.

Wow, this water bottle is amazing. I have had it for a few months now and use it every single day. My favorite feature is the straw. It is so easy to sip from and the straw is wider than your standard straws which makes the drinking experience very pleasant. I love that the top covers the mouth piece completely. The locking feature is awesome or you can use that as a handle. It keeps my water cold all day or night long. Definitely cold for 24 hours. The colors are fun too! 10/10 recommend.

I have been trying to cut down on diet sodas for years! I tried a lot of water bottles to help me switch from drinking soda as my default beverage. I figured out I needed a water bottle with a straw, but I didn't want the straw to be exposed or have to flip it up. The water needed to be ice cold all all times. This water bottle is perfect! I fill the water bottle with ice and water in the morning and refill it several times because I drink so much water now. The ice doesn't melt fast and the water is always cold. The straw is more like a little kid's sippy cup but you don't have to tilt the bottle to drink. You can tip the bottle up if you want to take a gulp. It is easy to clean too! I haven't had a soda, except once, since I bought this bottle. I am ordering the 32 oz today.

I've been using this water bottle for almost 2 months and, overall, I'm very happy with it. It does not leak and easily keeps my drinks ice cold for an entire day. (I generally use it for flavored water or iced tea, rather than plain water. I mention this, only because the buildup from drink mixes can pose a buildup problem in some water bottles.) Prior to this water bottle, I've been using Contigo autoseal bottles and then tried the Coleman autoseal water bottle. The Contigo did a great job of keeping drinks cold and the autoseal feature is great, BUT, it was a nightmare to clean. There was constantly a slimy buildup in tiny crevasses of the lid that I could not reach with any instrument to properly clean it out. (I've tried everything from pipe cleaners and bottle/straw brushes to dental tools.) After fighting to keep my Contigo clean for years, I finally tried the Coleman autoseal and wasn't thrilled with it either. The Coleman didn't stay as cold for as long (stayed cold most of the day, vs staying cold all day) and after only about 2 weeks, the autoseal mechanism broke while I was trying to clean it, making it unusable. I've researched water bottles ridiculously, looking for something that's easy to clean, keeps drinks cold for extended periods, and is leak proof. (Having 3 toddlers, makes having reliably sealed drinks an absolute necessity!) Since finding the Owala, I've been pleasantly surprised. * It does a great job of keeping drinks cold all day (6-8 ice cubes in the morning and it still has ice by evening). * The shape of the bottle is really comfortable to hold. It's slightly indented on two sides, rather than being perfectly cylindrical, so your hand can easily grip and control the bottle with one hand. * The push button to open the lid works easily for one handed drinking. * It fits in my vehicles cup holders. ***The wide mouth and straw are SO easy to clean! There are no moving parts or small crevasses for drink mixes to fester in, so no moldy, slimy, buildup! * The attached straw is nice and wide, so you can easily take a big sip without tipping the water bottle and it doesn't obstruct your view if you take a sip while driving. The wide straw is also very easy to clean because it's wide enough for pipe cleaners or straw brushes to easily pass through. My ONLY complaint, and it's a small one, but still worth mentioning, is that the mechanism to close the lid is a little hard to press with one hand. I frequently have to use my second hand to get enough force to make the lid click back down to reseal the water bottle (or, press it very hard down against a hard surface, such as a table) to get it to close. Given how happy I am with this water bottle, this is a small detail, but making the lid easier to reseal with one hand would make it perfect. **Full disclosure, I do have some weakening in my hands, so this issue is probably more pronounced for me than it may be for others. I would definitely purchase again and would absolutely recommend it for people looking for a great water bottle My only other recommendation would be to shop around for prices. After ordering and receiving this from Amazon, I saw the exact same model (same colors and all) for $10 less at Walmart. I was fine paying $25 for a great water bottle that would last and meet all of my requirements, but seeing it for $15 was a pretty huge price difference. Either way, it's still a great water bottle.

My wife and I have easily tried 50 different brands. This is by far the best with one small downside. I won't even call it a flaw. Ice. You can fill it completely full, this bottle will only last 8 - 10 hrs at best. Which is okay. My Coleman bottle has me spoiled. It will go 48 hrs and still have ice in it. 😂 But where the Coleman lacks this shines. I wanted something with a straw so I didn't have to tilt my head back while driving. Which can be dangerous. This bottle is the best design I've ever seen. And it's minimal parts. So easy to clean. No more nasty breather chamber you can't open to clean the mold out of. I give this 6 starts. The Coleman wins the cold beverage award but this is second. Oh. For those looking for a bottle with a straw that can handle carbonated beverages, look no farther. This bottle does it. No mess.

Easy to clean, super good quality. Holds the water super cold. If I put ice in it, the water can stay cold when I wake up the morning before.

I prefer to drink water through a straw, but most straw waterbottles the mouthpiece is exposed and they leak. This waterbottle solves that problem. The mouthpiece is covered by the lid and the lid is leak proof with a lock/carrying handle. Just used it for a week straight on holiday and it worked perfect! No leaks, kept my water cold thanks to the double insulation, and the mouthpiece didn't touch any nasty surfaces.

Keeps water cold, the sip feature works very well and looks great. Easy to carry around with the flip ring on top, opens at the push of a button and snaps shut easily. Very happy with the purchase.
