Nice but for lightweight items
If you’re just trying to hook up your throw life preserver than this is great. This is not meant to hold anything heavier than just a few pounds. Nonetheless, for the price it’s made nicely and gets that throw life preserver out of your way.

They work okay, when you're working with something sitting over the water you'd prefer some better mechanical to keep the bolts and the nuts from falling off into the water.

Too small
Not sure what these are even used for. too small. I was looking for something to hold my paddleboard on the side of my pontoon. This may hold fishing poles....?
