*update*After having used it very effective does make u sweat alot and comfortable to useDoesnt fit as snug as expected. Very lightweight material. Arms space is too big and the front doesnt pull down long enough.

I bought one of these a couple of months ago, I wore it every day to my job in a school, strange you may say.. but firstly.. it was to help me left hot during the day (which I do chasing children around the playground!)Secondly.. I thought they would keep me warm in the adverse weather conditions at playtime’s, which is amazing !!Thirdly... I introduced my husband to the men’s ones, which he wears cycling indoors and outdoors, we also wear them when walking..Fourthly..We are both at least 3 stone overweight, and have gone from sizes XXl to Xl now down to LWe are very pleased with these vests as they are an addition to exercise and a change in diet and they help you to sweat off the fat which is an added bonus.. all this things work together.The service was outstanding, this last order has arrived a week before the earliest date expected! I have a 26 inch waist and 43 inch hips.I ordered a small and the fit is a bit loose on the top, but I expected that because of my dimensions.I would have ordered the XS as I feel like I don't sweat as much due to the fact that it is not as tight.There was no smell when the product arrived which is good.

Been trying this for a long time now and seen no results , what you see in the picture is not true. Tried on day and night and no sweat and no weight lost. I run when I can and work from home which is why I brought, made no difference if not any. Would love to see to results but worth nothing as a vest. Waste of money and Disappointed

I bought a medium as a size 8/10 the zip would go no where near to fasten up. So took it off, fastened it up and put it over my head like a t shirt. Fits great. May help those who think there's is too small or pinching themselves with zip. Just pull zip down when wanting to remove it.

Fitted well. Worn only twice a week Nov to Feb (4 months = 26- 30 times) post covid19 zip separates. Definitely not worth the cost and would not recommend

It is a good item and does what it promises. My Missus says what also helps is when your old man forgets to get your chicken too !!!I advise buying the suit as it’s very comfortable she says and good value for money. What I don’t advise is forgetting to get her grub !!!!

Queda un poco grande, yo tengo de cintura 102 CMS. Y me pedí una talla S, la he tenido que arreglar porque me quedaba demasiado suelta, voy a pedir una xs a ver qué tal...eso sí, sin cremayera porque se nota debajo de la ropa, sin embargo está no se nota nada

Cumple su funcion y es comoda pero por los comentarios pedi 2 talles menos de la indicada y aun asi era grande, las talles estan mal

Después de probarla durante más de un mes, debo decir que es muy incómoda. No está muy bien rematada, la que recibí traía varios hilos sueltos y con el uso puede abrirse la costura. El precio no me pareció caro, pero los acabado podrían estar mejor. Cuando la usas sudas mucho por la zona, pero al cubrir todo el torso da sensacion de angustia por qué aprieta.

Queda súper bien y ayuda a sudar!
