Real quality

This gluten free self raising flour is as close as you can get to what we used to be able to get on prescription. I always used Glutafin until my CCG stopped all gluten free prescriptions, and could bake anything I wanted to without a problem. Since then, after trying various gluten free flours, everything was a mess. Now though, having found Middleton's gluten-free flours, everything is back to normal and a roaring success.I use this self raising flour for cakes and biscuits, and the plain flour for pastry - and I've never made such brilliant pastry. Both flours are a definite hit. I know they're pricey, but they're worth every penny - they work so well. Thankyou Middleton's. I don't buy any other gluten free flour since finding these ones.

Just about tearing my hair out for something to feed my son with, then along came this wonderful tub of GF flour. With flour being stripped from the shops during Covid all GF flour was then being to disappear so a great big THANK YOU for keeping us going.
