The best non stick surface I've ever had! A well made cast aluminium pan with a thick base that distributes heat evenly. I can 'fry' a single egg with no oil, turn over part way through cooking, then flip it out and the pan looks as clean as when I started. Highly recommended

Ideal for the Fried egg!
Purchased for the specific purpose of frying a single egg, this pan fulfils the need beautifully. A trifle thicker than most pan bases it takes a little longer than the norm to fry but the excellent heat distribution means no burnt edges to the food. A superb stonefaced, nonstick surface means that contents slide off easily and cleaning is swift and simple. The only hiccup is one needs to purchase a lid as one is not supplied and 14cm lids are not usually available as a separate item locally. As usual, Amazon have plenty….

Muy práctica
Es una sartén pequeña perfecta para hacer huevos fritos, tortitas, hamburguesas y cosas de poco tamaño. El primer uso fue para asar una hamburguesa y se me pegó bastante. El problema fue que puse poco aceite y mucho fuego, desde que lo sé ya no me ha vuelto a pasar y no se me pega nada. Se limpia muy fácil y, de momento, con más o menos 10-15 usos, la veo como la compré, no he notado ningún desgaste. La relación calidad-precio me parece muy buena. Para mí merece la pena.
