Difference between cat6 and cat8
I'm sure it is a great product however I'm just now realizing that cat8 is different from cat6. As a consumer I just didn't know that a cat8 is more designed for numerous users and it is overkill for the common gamer/remote worker. I've been bottlenecking myself lol. If you only need this for one or two devices, make sure you get the cat6. Looking back I have purchased three cat8's in the last 2 years and now I'm going to be replacing them all. This because I'm realizing my Wi-Fi is faster than my ethernet and I'm thinking that I'm in the upside down. Thank you Google.

10% increase in Gigabit internet service.
Speed test average went from 850mbps to 950mbps over a 5 test average. There is also a noticable difference in reduced lag with 2 computers gaming at the same time. I think this is attributed to the 2000mhz bandwidth. At&t has fiber running into my house then Cat5e from the node to router. I replaced that 100mbps cable with this 40Gbps cable also the cable running from the router to the Gigabit switch in the attic. The rest are Cat6 cables that I personally previously ran because Cat5e is way under rated for Gigabit service. Well worth the time and money to stabilize service and reduce slow downs. Eventually everything will be Cat8.
