The Artist’s Problem Solver

The Artist's Problem Solver is very handy to have in the background whilst attempting your masterpiece, though I found it best to sit and read through when not painting first off. The 'magazine' seeks the views of established artists on several common queries, some of which seem to have obvious answers until you begin to read the words of people in the know. this largely concerns watercolour biut I have been using it to help with my acrylic work and I am happy to recommend this for beginners and intermediates alike working in either discipline.

Complete waste of time and money thus book. I dont know who leaves these glowing reviews, but I wonder if they have actually read this.

Extremely helpful also inspiring! Knew it would helpful but surprised how enjoyable it is to read. Highly recommend! A plus on kindle ,enlarging the pictures.

Lots of interesting hints and suggestions from several different artists. Letting us see how these artists approach their paintings . Well worth reading.

I found this to be an excellent instructional book, especially for someone just taking up art. Having different artists to comment and demonstrate on variety of common problems was particularly helpful. I would recommend the book and the paintings are lovely.
