Firstly, I completely understand that it is less than £10 for the product so have accounted for this in my review and despite my issues with it, it is a sweet item for the price!However, that said, my biggest bug bears are that firstly, it is a twin bracelet - intended to be one per friend (ie a gift for 2) but comes in a single pouch which means that only one person has a safe storage/gift pouch for their bracelet. A bit frustrating given that it arrived at 6:00pm this evening and is intended for a birthday party tomorrow morning. Secondly, the connections aren't quite as per the photo of the product and I had assumed (from the pictures) that I would be able to add additional charms (and as such purchased some alphabet ones to personalise the bracelets for the girls) however unless you deconstruct the connectors (which would significantly weaken them), it is not possible to add additional charms to the bracelet - rendering the extra charms purchased unusable for this bracelet (a VERY costly mistake).Ultimately - its ok for someone that wants it as it is but you'll need an additional pouch for gifting!

Really lovely bracelets. They look far more expensive than the price tag. Not one gift bag included. That wasn’t a problem for me but I know others have commented on this. I brought for my best friend and gifted them both in the same bag so she could pick her favourite. Made us both feel like teenagers again!

Great gift and great quality.The kids loved them however I have no idea where they are, knowing them, they will be lost in the abyss of the teenagers bedroom/dump.I give the teenagers one star but the bracelet set gets five.
