So much better than my little air popper. It’s easy to use, doesn’t make a mess and pops almost all of the kernels. Very happy I bought this microwave popcorn maker.

Works fabulous, no burnt kernels, easy and small space storage, easy to clean. We can add any flavor we want! Can't say enough positives! We recommend for individual and Family use.

I have been using the same hard plastic microwave popper for many years. It was starting to crack, so I decided to get a new one. When I first got this popper, I didn't like it. The silicone lid had to be at a strange angle so that it would not fall in and create a vacuum. When this happened the popcorn didn't pop right. I decided instead to take a hole puncher and punch some holes around the outside of the lid. This worked awesome, I haven't had a problem with the lid forming a vacuum since. The basement microwave seems to burn around 2minutes and 15seconds, so I typically run it for 2 even. The main floor microwave goes over 3 minutes without burning. The popcorn comes out so good, more flavorful then my old popper. Definitely recommend if you are willing to make a DIY modification!

This is SO much better than the packets of microwaveable popcorn that I used to buy, and just as simple to prepare too. Just pour in the kernels with some butter, or oil and pop it in the microwave for a few minutes until the popping slows down. It’s collapsible so it takes up very little space in the cabinet, and very easy to clean. I have a few different flavor sprinkle salts to make it just how we like it. Great for a quick snack!

This popcorn maker us awesome, it's so quick and easy to use .I washed it out upon arrival then added 1/3 cup of popcorn kernel to bowl set microwave at 3 min and it came out amazing. Easy cleanup too .I would highly suggest this product to others and it would make a great gift too .This format won't let me upload pictures but trust me you cannot go wrong on this product .

In short, since there seems to be some questions about HOW to do it... here are my brief instructions, followed by some more in-depth chatter:1. RINSE the popper just before using, to let it be a tad WET as you start.2. (optional - can pop dry just fine) Add 1-2 Tbsp of OLIVE OIL or SPICY HOT OIL to popper3. Add ~ 1/4 cup of POPCORN to the popper4. Put into the microwave and set for 3.5 minutesWhen it's out, sprinkle on whatever is your choice for toppings. Our favorites:A. Different forms behave differently in the course of popping vs after the fact, but we've experimented with lots of different ways of using the popper, and have had great luck with ALL of them!If you enjoy dryer, cleaner popcorn, then don't add any OIL up front (and of course, it does also add CALORIES, so if that's a concern, then that's another good reason to forego the oil) That said, we find the FLAVOR is just far superior when adding an OIL. And you can choose a variety of different kinds of oil, too... basic VEGETABLE OIL; CANOLA; EVOO - EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL (one of our favorites); SESAME CHILI OIL if you like things spicy; or any flavor you come up with.We've also popped in BUTTER; MARGARINE; I-CANT-BELIEVE-IT's-NOT-BUTTER; HOT SAUCE; BBQ SAUCE and even various SOY SAUCES, WASABI PASTE and other oddities just to kick it up a bit with some other flavors. (but even the white kernels maintain some of the flavor from earlier... just a nice blend!)So if you start with SPICY SESAME OIL, for instance, the first few seconds of popping, those popped kernels fall back into the oil and soak it up, then distribute it into other corn as it continues to pop... And when the whole thing is done, shake it up a bit and you're in for some very attractive looking blends of color. (see attached pic)We especially like SAVORY and SPICY odd and flavors added into the microwave popper during cooking, but have also tried CINNAMON+SUGAR, COCOA+SUGAR and CARAMEL APPLE FLAVORING into the popper just to see what it does. And, not surprisingly, it does a pretty good job of distributing these SWEETER flavors into popped corn for a totally different experience.I see some reviewers here say they don't like MICROWAVE POPCORN and prefer air popped or stovetop popped... and hey... no shade. But until you've given this popper a whirl and seen just how INCREDIBLY FLEXIBLE it can be, I'd highly recommend you don't give up on the nuke option too quickly!HAVE FUN, and come up with some TOTALLY DIFFERENT ideas of just what this incredibly simple snack choice can be. It's cheap, fast and a lot of family fun!!!

I've had this for a few months and it sat in my cabinet because I was convinced it wouldn't work... finally tried it last week and was absolutely blown away at how great it is and how easy to use! Literally just add popcorn kernels put the lid on and pop it in the mic for 2 to 3 minutes. Viola perfectly popped popcorn!

Très pratique d'utilisation. Je ne sali pas toute la plaque de cuisson. Ils faut faire des essais car la cuisson change selon les micro-ondes mais attendez-vous à toujours trouver au fond des graines non éclatées. Pour les pop corn salées je suis au point je dois juste améliorer mon caramel mais là ce n'est plus la faute du truc. Je ne mets pas de matière grasse pour la cuisson.

Es hat wunderbar funktioniert.klar bleiben am Boden ein paar Maiskörner übrig aber das liegt m.E. am Mais und nicht an der Silkon-Schüssel.Habe einen EL Zucker mit einem EL heißes Waser gemischt, ca. 50g Mais zugegeben, einmal kräftig geschwenkt und bei 800° in die Mikrowelle gegeben. Nach ca. vier Minuten war erstklassiges Popcorn fertig.Ab jetzt werden verschiedene Geschmacksrichtungen ausprobiert, brauner Zucker ist karamelliger, Zimt, was auch immer gerade gewünscht wird.
