I’ll never buy scope bases again when you can use this.
This one piece base and ring combo is the ticket. One less place to worry about getting loose. I’ll never buy bases again for a rifle. If it needs bases it will get one of these mounts.

Not perfect fit for Howa Weatherby short action
it's VERY hard to rate this four stars because the mounts are SUPER well machinedbut the back mount OVERHANGS into the case ejection portit doesn't REALLY matter, because it's only a little bitit doesn't even LOOK too bad, but a perfect fit it is NOT

Simple, sturdy and dependable for scope mounting.
No need for a base plate, one thing less to get loose. I use these on all my hunting rifles, never a problem.
