Works perfect, itโs nice for millwrights who do everything from fitting to welding to burning with a torch then back to working on a greasy coupling alignment, then back to taking shim pack elevation shots. We constantly are doing different things all the time and have always to keep bills facing forward. This makes it super easy and itโs actually more comfortable then the standard head liner with ratchet.

Low quality, uncomfortable fit
Feels very flimsy, I donโt expect it to last long. Itโs also very uncomfortable, so I donโt wear it unless I have to.

Swing part works OK but the adjustability for different size heads makes the sweat band bunch up and be uncomfortable

I wish all helmets came like this...
I love it.... Ima female carpenter... I have braids and I wear it in a bun... my bun fits nicely within the liner and the latch without it feeling like it's pulling the the helmet off... I love that it can easily change the direction of the helmet cuz not all the time do I need or want my brim forward..
