I've been taking the Marine Algae Omega formula for about a month or so. It seems like my skin is feeling softer and smoother. I need to take it for a longer time period to share more results. I have been taking half the recommended allowance to see how it works. I may increase to the full dosage of 2 pills. The only thing I don't care for is the taste. I don't know if anything can be done to improve it. Thanks for a vegan option for getting omega's.

While this might be a healthy Omega 3, it smelled horrible and tasted horrible and caused burping. I could not keep taking it.I read on-line, that if your Omega 3 supplement smells and tastes horrible and causes burping, it is most likely rancid. I don't know if this is true.

I bought this because I have arthritis and fish oil is supposed to help. I’ve just started taking it so the jury is still out on its benefits. But I specifically bought the vegan form because they said there is no fishy taste. Wrong! When taking it, it is more fishy than real fish oil.

VEGAN OMEGA 3 is an excellent product, the ingredients in this product are safe and wholesome plant-based algae oil. It is easy to swallow gel capsule it does have a slight fish smell but it does not cause burping. It supports cognitive, heart, eye, joint and immune system function and there is NO CARRAGEENAN. I recommend this product.

I was beginning to wonder why I was feeling sick until I realized that each time I took this - I felt ill. It must just be something about my system and this product. Anyway, this is definitely not for me.
