How long are these good for once opened?

As these are pickled they last a long time. Same time as olives or pickles in your refrigerator. I love these and use in salads, pasta, antipasto platters and meat dishes. Sweet but not really spicey.

The jar was not sealed correctly and spilled out upon delivery. Will you please replace this item?

If a jar is not sealed when I receive it, I send it back, you would not purchase an unsealed jar in the grocery as you could be subject to bacteria same as in mail order.
