The pita pockets are excellent! Freeze, take out how many you need, thaw on the counter or microwave in minutes and then put them in the toaster for crispy pita pockets! Love, love the taste! Fill the pockets with eggs (scrambled, easy over, hard boiled), avocado spread, mayo or whole grain mustard - absolutely delicious, quick and easy breakfast to fill me up until lunch or dinner!
