Bought 4 of these Automatic Dispensers. They took too long to ship and refill bottles arrived weeks later. Now one of the automatic dispensers is defective and I'm unable to return it, after only 1 month of usage. They won't let me return it because now I have to suffer because they took too long to ship and now they're apparently out of warranty(?) Although the dispensers are nice, I'm very disappointed in their return processes and them NOT backing their product.

my dispenser arrived in about 2 weeks but the sanitizer took another week+ to get here. easy to install and looks great. i purchased this for my office as the first stop for customers and it’s working great. i love that it uses liquid sanitizer vs. gel and has the drip tray, just in. case.

Thought this would be good for the garage to use before entering the house. Put it together according to instructions and leaks constantly. Big mess. Manufactured in Canada and I'm getting no response from them on this issue. Expensive for a very poor product.

Bought 3 of these to place around the office. The adhesive attached to the back of the dispensers are very bad. We attached them on to the walls with the adhesive, and each dispenser fell off. The dispensers themselves would work sometimes. Very disappointed with the products.

We have been using these in our bar for 3 months now. Customers love them. And they are easy to clean and refill.
