***update 8/12/20 ***After sleeping on it for a couple of months the foam has broken down a bit & I've realized the loft isnt as high as I need. As a side sleeper I need about 7 inches this pillow goes up to about 5 inches and I wake up with my shoulder throbbing bc I dont have the adequate supportI've been sleeping on this pillow for a little over a week now I was sleeping on a wamsutta extra firm pillow and after using this pillow I will never go back. I reviewed so many pillows and honestly was tired of over thinking it I seen this pillow had 5 stars at the time from 6 people so I took a chance. Its firm but not like a hard as a rock firm or wake up with a headache firm. I'm a side sleeper and I instantly felt the alignment I was missing. It also helps with my shoulder pain some. The highest level is just the right height for me I will never go back to a normal pillow again it was worth the money.

Foam pillows are not for everyone, like you know, some people don't like the firmness. But, my friend commented on this product: "It's so hard to get a pic of the softness of it since it actually bounce back before I press the shoot button on my phone."The packaging is very thoughtful, compressed pillow is very compact in size and easy to spread. Just sizzor down the plastic and the pillow just become what it should look like within like a blink.The texture is comfy and the firmness is just about right.Great value out of it!

Before I bought the pillow, I was a little skeptical about this. I'd been having a very bad sleep since I used regular pillow which hurted my neck. After I have the new pillow, I have a better night sleep. It's super comfortable, and supportive though it's thick and big. This is definitely a keeper.Price is reasonable.

I really like a firm type pillow but I used my pillow for the first time last night and woke up wit a painful crick in my neck not good.I will give it a few more tries try it in different positions and see what happens, I am not giving up yet lol.Pillow is very attractive looking I looked at hundreds of them before I made this choice.This is just all my opinion I have neck and back issues.Give it a chance all other feedbacks were very positive that's another reason I bought the pillow.

I really wanted to love this pillow and thought I would given the good reviews. Unfortunately, thats not the case. I suffer from shoulder pain, both shoulders. The pillow was not high enough to keep broad shoulders from getting crammed into the bed, as I am a side sleeper. The density is not enough for side sleepers. The two different heights are negligible, as they are barely half an inch different. As for cooling, forget it. I've given this pillow 5 nights and I can say a normal pillow is cooler than this thing. The "heating side" actually does not dissipate heat well, trapping the heat in the pillow.If you are broad shouldered and/or looking for a cooling pillow, this isn't the one.

I was having doubt about the idea of warm/cool pillowcase for pillows. So I tried this product. It is amazing. You can really feel the difference between the warm side and cool side of the pillow. It is really helpful for the changing spring weather! When the weather changes, sometimes cold as hell, sometimes hot as hell, you only need to flip the pillow and fit the weather right away! The pillow itself is very supportive and durable. The case was a little smelly when first opened package, but after one wash, it is really nice and soft.

When I first saw the whole "hot side - cold side" of the pillow, I thought that it was a gimmick. But I took a chance on this pillow and I'm super happy I did. It isn't my first memory foam pillow ever, but it might be my last. One thing I will say about the "hot side" of the pillow is that does get pretty got. I'm sure that'll be a godsend once winter hits though. The pillow itself is super comfortable, the perfect thickness for me, and I find that I'm sleeping better with it.

First off, this pillow after sitting out like suggested, did not rise to the dimensions as advertised. About 2 inches short on high side, and 1 1/2 inches short off the low. Plus it is not as contoured as claimed. It does not spring back. It is too soft. It sinks immediately. The only good thing is, you can flip it over and around and it is the same size. Not firm to be able to tell if it will help my neck.Very disappointed. Do Not Buy.
