HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
This definitely works! I bought it because my mom’s cats kept coming over to my yard and pooping in it! I was furious! So, I bought this, sprinkled a perimeter of it, and had no more problems. My mom’s cats kept moved into town, and there are a lot of feral cats in her nice neighborhood, so I sprinkled some all the way around her fenced in yard, and the cats stayed away! Best product I have EVER invested in!

Loses its repellent qualities very quickly. Is expensive and not effective.
We found that this product loses its efficacy when the ground is damp. It certainly did not deter the cats from our garden.

Not too effective and short lived
this seemed like it was fairly expensive, and I applied it heavily. It doesn't seem to be keeping some stray cats from where i had hoped ( near my fence, where they drive my dogs crazy). i am disappointed that its effectiveness is shortened by any rain, and on the bag they say its only good for 2 or 3 weeks. 28$ seems like alot to pay for only 2 weeks of semi deterrent/repellant

ok product
As directed, I picked up all the droppings prior to sprinkling this product in the areas of concern. The next day, a few Cat droppings were right next to to the product I had laid down, so was very disappointed in it's performance.

Cats are still digging
Liked the smell but within a week I found cat poo in the area. I think it is reducing the activity but not purging it completely. Will I buy the product again? That would be a no.

Do this first …
You must first remove any cat droppings. Then spray vinegar HEAVILY. Let it soak and then let dry to remove the urine scent (and poop). THEN … liberally sprinkle the Cat Scram Granules. This is “finally” working in our gravel carport area to keep out our neighbors cats from their favorite bathroom area. FINALLY!!!

Completely ineffective
A feral cat has been eating his meals and leaving the remains all around the front of my walkways. I bought this without reading the reviews first. I shook the bag as directed, sprinkled copious amounts of the stuff all over the walkways and planters of my house, then wet it down also as per instructions on the bag. First, this stuff is in no way pleasant smelling. It's not necessarily "bad", but I used it last night and I'm STILL smelling it in my nose 12 hours later. And I'm no where near my walkways/planters. Secondly, the first thing I had to do this morning was clean up more varmint remains, right in the middle of the treated area. There were little scram pellets all around where the cat ate his meal. Maybe this particular cat is just nose blind, but I would not buy this product again.
