Heck yea! It works in a pinch! Looks and performs just like original, so was able to replace this component and get the laptop working again on an HP OMEN 17".

Did not work for listed laptop, cable wasn't pre bent. Waste of time.

This cable was purchased for (HP Notebook - 17-by2075cl) that particular model wasn't listed in the description but decided to purchase it anyway because listing mentioned this cable supporting some hp models starting with "17-by" tags and it works, just make sure to insert the ribbon cable blue side up onto the board then snap close the plastic part.

Brought this to add an ssd to my HP which only came with 256GB PCIe drive. Works with my Samsung 860 1TB drive. No I can download my apps and games.

I just bought this one cause it was one of the cheapest ones i installed it in with a seagate sshd folded the cable to make it fit and it works fine i have an hp whisper silver and works great

Doesn't fit, extremely cheap, broke as soon as it arrived.

To make it fit, I had to add a third twist onto the cable to have it line up . But it worked fine though...
