It energizes without keeping you awake at night.
It has a pleasant unique flavor. I really enjoy drinking it with honey but I’ve had it without and still liked it. I’m energized during the day and it doesn’t keep me awake at night, as long as I don’t drink it too late in the afternoon. I’ve bought my second bag because it has replaced my morning coffee, which does interrupt my sleep.

Flavor
I like their product...I noticed it tasted a little bitter that the other brand I've been using didn't have. I'm wondering about that

A smooth locally (Texas) harvested caffeinated tea
The school I work at happened to have some of the Lost Pines Yaupon tea for us to try. I am located in the town/county where this tea is harvested, and ironically, most consider Yaupon a nuisance plant. Humans have been drinking yaupon tea for over 3,000 years and is a great source of caffiene, but is better on your stomach than coffee. If you like green tea, then you will most likely like yaupon tea. It is smooth and doesn't irritate your stomach like coffee does. The caffiene level is also that of green tea (around 40-60mg depending on light or dark roast).

Fresh and tasty
Fresh crumbled leaves and small twigs. Slightly aromatic. Tea is mild but tasty.

Excellent brew
The tea leaves no residue in the bottom of your cup. There is no bitter taste. I find the flavor to be very enjoyable.

Better than matte.
Let jitters (as claimed) but certainly a small afternoon kick. I've had matte and it is too grass like for me. Yaupon is certainly not like regular tea, but with a little honey, it's not bad. Plus, yaupon is from the USA so I'm more comfortable with the purity.
