I’m used to using an epilator, so I know what that sort of sensation is like — and this one is more comfortable than my older model. I’ve only used it on my underarms and legs so far, and it does the job well without causing too much fuss. The charge lasts a long time, and it’s never run out mid-session, which is a big plus.

Its great ! i used a braun one for years and tried this , its great . Once you get used to the curve and attachments you can use lots of different ways! Also in the bath or shower but sometimes does not get all the hairs

really good quality, battery lasts for a good while, its a little on the expensive side but otherwise works really well! having both the shaver and the epilator is really nice. The attachments dont get much use from me, but theyve come in handy every now and then. obviously as its epilator it hurts, a lot. but the results again, are well worth the pain

I have only tried the epilator so far and unfortunately I've been disappointed. It works ok but doesn't pick up the really short hairs. My old Braun epilator is about 15 years old with a battery life of about 3 minutes, but it still picked up hairs this Philips one couldn't. Also the curved design seems like it would be a good idea to fit around your legs etc, but in reality it just curves the working part of the epilator away from the hairs it's trying to pluck. The sides stick out and get in the way, making it more difficult to get close enough, especially in areas that are already a bit tricky. On the plus side the light is good!

This is the least effective epilator I have ever owned. You have to go over the same spot at least 10 times to get the hairs. I’m not sure why it’s curved the way it is - that makes it even less effective as the tweezery bits can’t reach your skin properly and so it mostly ends up trimming your hair rather than epilate it and pulling it out from the root. I have very sparsely located leg hairs and as such, it normally takes about 3 mins to shave my legs. This took half an hour to do just one leg because it wouldn’t catch the hairs. The light is very useful, to really point out how useless this device actually is. I gave up after the first leg and just shaved instead. Very disappointed by this product - which is surprising as I’ve got the facial epilator from Philips and that is excellent. I had a lot of faith in Philips’ products before - not sure how they dropped the ball so hard on this one.

I’ve used many different makes & models of epilators over the years but this is definitely one of the best I’ve had! 👍 It’s fast, effective yet gentle so not at all painful. Would definitely recommend this product.

The best epilator. If you are in doubt, forget the other one, this is perfect. It's less painful than my last one, easy to hold and the shave head works perfectly.

Purchaced it two years ago. Still works fine and i love it!
