This is another Pendant designed from the rune chosen by Robert Plant, the self proclaimed "Golden God" One of the greatest rock singers and lyricists ever to front a Rock and Roll Band, the Mighty Led Zeppelin. For the fourth Zeppelin album the band decided to see if the album would sell, based on the quality of the music inside alone, and nowhere on the outside of the jacket were the name of the band, or its members to be found. Instead they each chose a symbol that would represent them on the album. Plant chose the feather of Ma'at, the Egyptian goddess of justice and fairness, it is the symbol of a writer, and in the past Plant has said it dates back to the ancient Mu civilization This iconic symbol can now be worn by any admirer of Plants, on a pendant. Designed to be an exact replica of Roberts rune, cast from solid highly polished pewter, this is an excellent gift for any Zeppelin or Robert Plant fan you might know! Cool pendant
The pendant is bigger than I thought. Maybe a tad smaller than the size of a pickle. The leather cord it comes on does not stay tied. I fussed and fussed with it and almost gave up but just decided to tie in a double knot. I love the pendant but the cord is a pain. You could easily put it on another string or chain.
