This product had a strong odor when I opened it, is that normal?

The fresher it is, it usually does not have this odor, along w/the quality. In 10 yrs of ordering pharma grade NAC, only 1 bottle had an odor which I contacted the company about as it never happened before. Powdered Glutathione as immunocal which is used for cancer plus, & is the best on the planet, does have a taste like the odor you smell, but does not have the smell. Sometimes, exposed to heat/& or humidity may do it also, but usually smell will not effect product too much. But personally I myself, did notice a difference between 2 bottles from same company, & 1 different company. One from usual company had a smell, very strong, the other bottle did not, & the different company did as well. Normally great NAC begins to take some of my anti-anxiety med out of my system, so I have to time when I take my NAC to coincide w/the time I take my medication. Also, w/skin issues from stress & thyroid,  I will notice a difference w/in just 15 minutes of taking quality NAC. But the bottles w/odor did not take any med from my system, nor did it make a difference in my skin, while odorless bottle did. Still, I believe a good NAC w/a reputable company is always worth the money, odor or not, as it will still help your immune system. I believe it was just manufactured a bit earlier, could have sat for a while, or was exposed to a little heat/humidity. It is a normal smell however, & you don't need to spend more than 15.00 at best for 600mg, for 60 capsules, & would make sure you have a great reputable company, at pharma grade. And especially,  never stop taking this miraculous supplement!

This is not the same as the first bottle, why does description say with reduced glutathione and it doesn't state that on the bottle in this picture?

Mine does not seem to be reduced glutathione.  There is an email on the bottle to ask them directly.
