Love it,can run on gas for dry camping electric for the rv parks,just the right size to fit under my slide out on my rv.great beer fridge!

I needed a new circuit board for this fridge because one of the components burned out. there is no direct phone number to call SMAD from the US without paying international rates so I emailed them instead. It took a few days to get a response but after a few email exchanges they agreed to send me a new board at no charge. This product was not under warranty anymore as it was 2 years old but Smad still resolved the issue without any delay. The new circuit board was shipped out within a few days and now I will have to wait to get it from China. So far this was a great experience and saved me from having to buy a new fridge. I will update once I get the new board and install it.

We drive a Frightening truck (semi) and we needed a new refrigerator, we looked and looked and measured, we looked at all the stores and finally we googled (small refrigerator for a semi truck and this refrigerator and others popped up, we did some research and we picked this one and we saw that we could buy it thru Amazon,which worked for us. We love our SMAD refrigerator!!!

I received this unit as a gift. I could not get it to work. Customer service worked with me over a month until they finally figured out the regulator was wrong, even though it was the one shipped to me. I received a 1 psi and the unit required a 0.5 psi. The company FedExed me the correct regulator and BINGO it worked. The customer service was done by email. I emailed problems and by morning they responded on what to check. Stay with them, they will figure out what's wrong. Check your regulator size.If all customer service was this great, the world would be a better place.The refrigerator is cute as a button, makes absolutely no noise. And it really gets cold.

It came packaged better than anything I had ever ordered before.Then it ends.1) The controls on the unit do not match the picture of what I ordered.2) The picture also shows the unit running off a 1# propane tank. The hose included does not work with such a tank.3) The narrative on the unit I ordered says you may use it on a boat. The instructions on this unit says it must be operated on a flat surface. A boat is not always on a flat surface. Duh!4) Can the manufacturer help me with an explanation here?5) Oh! There is no phone or address included to contact the manufacturer. Not on the box, nor in the manual.

This is an energy sucking unefficiant unit. I went through 2 of them. Firsts one never worked and after over a month they agree to send me another after I sent that one back. They sent the wrong replacement and it took months to get the right one. Six months latter that one completely stopped working on LP gas and would never effectively work on 110. They wouldn't warranty it. It would run a 12 volt 100ah litium ion battery dead in 8 hours and never get below 50 degrees. Bought a Bouge RV 45L dual compartment, works perfect and 100 times more efficient. Will never recommend smad to anyone.

I ordered the 1.7 cu ft model, (which is no longer on Amazon so you will not see my actual review on it that was written a couple weeks ago), on March 1st.It stopped working two days ago.What a piece of trash.I'll probably be returning it, since Amazon doesn't think my phone number is valid enough to talk with their supposed tech support experts about how to un-spoil all the breast milk I was keeping in it.It was a nice fridge during the couple weeks that it worked, though.
