Crock Pot 111982.01 Artisan Cast Iron Skillet, Teal

A beautiful pan! I definitely will be buying a bigger one.So easy to clean too, and distributes heat so evenly.

product is good standard size . sturdy and durable. But you have to keep in mind that this is enamel coated and not non stick . so food will get stuck in it but if you do the timing right you can get the food out of it without sticking.you can bake in it. But one thing though after using couple of months i can i see very very small lines of cracks on the paint, cracks only but not chipped paints, i can live with that , for the price i paid for the product, its worth it.

Beware when unpacking. The first one came with shattered enamel and I got cut by it. The return went perfectly though and the new one is exactly what we were looking for. We recently discovered how easy it is to make dutch babies/german pancakes and read that an enameled cast iron ten inch pan was the way to go. Chefs kiss. It works beautifully. The color is also a nice bonus. So pretty!

Its ability to stay consistently warm

I bought this pan on 03/24/24. It now has chip of the enamel coating flaking off the pan. I believe it to be defective from the factory. Poor enamel adhesion. It is now past the date to return it. I put a claim in to Crock Pot, but have not heard back yet.
